Playing the Sound
Files
|
| Naturally
you will need a computer with working soundcard and
speakers. In addition you will need software capable of
playing the sound files. We have used MP3 format which
is the standard format for music on the Internet, giving
a good balance between sound quality and size of the
files. Microsoft Media Player is an example of such
software and is installed as part of Microsoft
Windows 98 and Windows ME. If you do not have this
then there are various other examples of free software
available on the Internet. These are good quality, and
only free because the suppliers hope that you will
choose to upgrade to software that has more functions.
We recommend Nullsoft's
free Winamp. |
